Free 15-Minute Consultation
Curious about therapy but not sure where to start? This free 15-minute consultation is a no-pressure opportunity to learn more about our counseling approach, ask questions, and see if we’d be a good fit to work together. We’ll briefly discuss your needs and goals, and how we may be able to support you.
Whether you're exploring therapy for the first time or transitioning from another provider, this call is a space for clarity and connection — no commitment required.
Individual Counseling Session
(60 minutes) $150
Life can be challenging for anyone, and sometimes we all need a little extra support. We offer individual counseling for ages 12 and up, providing a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, gain clarity, and develop strategies for positive change.
Couples Counseling Session
(75 minutes) $225
Relationships can be challenging, and sometimes couples need support to navigate difficult times. We offer couples counseling to help you and your partner communicate more effectively, understand each other better, and build a stronger, more resilient bond. We provide an environment for you to explore your relationship dynamics and work towards a more fulfilling partnership.
Brief Counseling Session (individuals only)
(30 minutes) $65
This focused session is ideal for check-ins, short-term support, or addressing a specific concern. Whether you're seeking guidance between full sessions, need help managing a stressful moment, or want to stay grounded in your progress, this option offers targeted, supportive care in a shorter format.

Cancellation Policy
At Peace It Together Counseling & Consulting, your time and well-being are important to us. In order to best serve all clients and respect our scheduling commitments, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation Notice:
Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session start time.Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or if the client does not attend the session without notice, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:$50 for Intake Sessions and Standard Counseling Sessions (typically 45–60 minutes)
$30 for Brief Sessions (30 minutes)
How to Cancel:
Cancellations can be made by phone, voicemail, text, or email. The timestamp of your cancellation message will be honored.Exceptions:
Emergencies and unexpected circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the provider’s discretion.
