Jalesah Brooks

With over seven years of experience, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients facing various concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues, stress management, grief, suicidal ideation, and trauma.  My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, in which I tailor my methods to meet the unique needs of each individual; oftentimes pulling from other therapeutic techniques.

Walking alongside clients as they navigate life's ups and downs is at the heart of my counseling philosophy.  I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to faciliate healing and growth.  I strive to create a warm and supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring your experiences and taking an active role in your journey towards well being.
